1. Subject matter
These terms and conditions set out the rules applicable to the reservation and participation in the workshops proposed by Colored Parenthesis. Any reservation implies acceptance of these conditions.

2. Reservation
Reservations are made via the website or by telephone.
Reservation is confirmed only after receipt of payment or advance payment if indicated.

3. Payment
Payment can be made online or on-site in the manner indicated.
The displayed price includes the equipment needed for the workshop.

4. Cancellation and refund
Any cancellation must be notified by email at least [X] days before the workshop for a full refund.
After this period, no reimbursement may be made, except in cases of force majeure.

5. Workshop modification
The company reserves the right to change the date or content of the workshop for technical or meteorological reasons.
In case of cancellation by the organiser, the participant will be fully reimbursed or may choose another date.

6. Liability
Participants take part in the workshops under their own responsibility.
The company is not responsible for accidents related to incorrect use of the equipment provided.

7. Intellectual property
The creations made remain the property of the participants.
The photos or videos taken by the company during the workshop can be used for communication purposes (site, social networks).

8. Personal data
The information collected during the reservation is used only for the management of the workshops and will not be shared with third parties.

9. Acceptance
By booking a workshop, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
